Ralph Sigler

Ralph is the founding pastor of Harvest Church. He is a graduate of Asbury University and Asbury Theological Seminary. He has a passion for helping people find life at its best, which he teaches is found in knowing and following Christ. Ralph loves to see people experience Jesus first-hand, grow in love for God and others, and become strong disciples. He wrote the 5-phase Discipleship small group series that we use at Harvest, as well as 30 Days of Knowing God. Ralph is married to Rhonda (they met at Asbury), and they have three married sons, Daniel (Yaejin), Joel (Olivia), and Paul (Riley).

Larry Anderson

Congregational Care Pastor

Larry has been a pastor for over 30 years and has experience in every area of church leadership, but his heart is for people to experience the abundant life Jesus alone provides, and to share it with others. He is a graduate of Asbury College and Asbury Theological Seminary. God brought him to Harvest in 2020. Larry is married to Linda (they met on a mission trip!) and they have three grown children: Karis (T.J.), Wesley (Charsy), and Bethany (Russell).

Keith Frith

Keith oversees all the program departments of the church. He also works to develop the next generation of leaders at Harvest. Before coming on staff at Harvest, Keith owned and operated several business in the area and has also served as youth pastor, worship leader, and children’s pastor. He has served in almost all capacities at Harvest. He has received his Bachelor of Theology degree from Christian Life School of Theology Global in Columbus, GA. Keith and his wife Cheryl have three children and one grandchild.

Dr. Jonathan Broyles

Jonathan serves as the Church Administrator and Online Campus Pastor, bringing a wealth of experience in higher education and leadership. With research interests in holistic care and effective leadership, he is dedicated to serving Harvest Church. Jonathan holds undergraduate and graduate degrees from Troy University and a Ph.D. from Liberty University. Jonathan and his wife, Wendy, have three children: Emma Grace, Joseph, and Lucy.

Rusty Frith

Director of Worship and HPAA

Rusty has served under the leadership of several gifted worship leaders for over 20 years. He received a Bachelor of Music from Berklee in Boston, Massachusetts. His prayer is for Harvest Church to know the joy that comes in the presence of the Lord and that our hearts will overflow with thanksgiving for His faithful love. Rusty and Heather came to Harvest in the summer of 2014. Their precious son John Henry was born in January of 2019.

Charlene Scribner

Director of Children’s Ministry

Charlene is the Director of Children’s Ministry for newborns - 6th grade. Before taking on the role as the Director, she served as the Assistant to the Children’s Ministry Director at Harvest. Charlene has always had a heart for children and serving the Lord. She is married to Chris (who serves alongside her in Children’s Ministry), and they have two beautiful daughters, Aly and Alisa. Charlene loves being a part of the Harvest family and is passionate to help children meet Jesus and grow in the Word.

Joel Sigler

Joel is the Teaching and NextGen Pastor, supporting and providing oversight for children's ministry, youth, young adults, and new families. He is a 2013 Asbury University graduate, and has a master’s of divinity and masters in biblical studies degree from Asbury Theological Seminary. Joel has grown up here at Harvest and really got serious about his relationship with God while being part of the youth group. Joel and Olivia were married in 2016, and they serve in ministry together. They are passionate about helping people connect to God and to each other, and they love to see people transformed. They have three sweet children, Malachi, Andrew, and Naomi.

Andrew Quattlebaum

Andrew is the Youth Pastor for students in 7th-12th grade. He has a passion for students and desires to help the next generation step into their God-given gifts and callings. He is a 2019 graduate of Troy University and has a Master’s in Biblical Studies from Southeastern University. He enjoys spending time outdoors and listening to music. Andrew is married to Maddie, who also serves with the youth ministry here at Harvest. They have two dogs and a baby boy on the way.

Dane Skipper

Small Groups Pastor

Dane oversees our small groups and group leaders. He has a passion for people to be connected in faith through community and believes we grow in the Lord better together. One of his greatest desires is to see people continue to walk in the Spirit daily through the power of Jesus. Dane has been in ministry for the last 20 years in various roles including student minister, worship leader, and associate pastor. He currently serves on the Leadership Team of United Community Worship. Dane and his wife Aimee have two children, Jabin and Bella.

CJ Harvey

Ministry Teams & Outreach Pastor
Young Adults Pastor

CJ serves as the Ministry Teams & Outreach Pastor at our church. He is passionate about helping people discover and utilize their spiritual gifts in ministry! Additionally, he loves overseeing the Young Adults Ministry (YA), which serves people aged 18-25. He believes that YA ministry is absolutely vital and this group is on fire for Jesus Christ! CJ is an alumnus of Asbury Theological Seminary, where he earned his Master of Divinity degree. Together with his wife Lydia, CJ joined Harvest in 2016. They are proud parents to two children, James IV and Autumn.

Cedric Wooden

Assistant Pastor

Cedric assists our pastors in Congregational Care needs, counseling, and in various other capacities. Cedric has been involved in ministry for over 25 years and is a graduate of the Minnesota Graduate School of Theology, with a bachelor’s in arts in Biblical Studies and Theology. His hearts desire is for the body of Christ to abound in agape love, remain unified, and continue to grow in the grace and knowledge of God. Cedric loves the outdoors and enjoys hunting, fishing, and water sports. He has 3 wonderful grown children: Shakima, Cedric Jr., and Ciera.

Wes Jackson

Production Manager

Wes oversees the production of all Harvest services and major events. He and his team of volunteers run sound, lighting, cameras, and mediate the live-streamed services. In addition to production, he also leads and directs the youth worship team. Wes graduated from Troy University in 2011 with a degree in Music Industry and has a passion for music, leading worship, superheros, and the taste of Mellow Yellow. He came to Harvest in 2012 when he married his wife, Andi. They have three children, Oliver, Amelia, and Juliette.

Justin Davis

Ozark Campus Pastor

Justin is Harvest’s Ozark Campus Pastor. His role is to help facilitate information between the Dothan and Ozark Campuses. He also provides pastoral care to the Ozark Campus. Justin graduated from Troy University with a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Criminal Justice. He has been in ministry for the last ten years and filled in for various pastors throughout the surrounding counties. Justin took on the role of lead pastor at his previous church and was there for the last six years before coming on board with Harvest. He is excited about the future of what God has in store for not only Harvest Dothan, but the up-and-coming Harvest Ozark! Justin and his wife, Laken, have two children, Graceleigh and Raeleigh.
