FROM PASTOR JOEL:
The youth conference is our biggest event of the year, where several hundred students gather together for worship, teaching, and big group games. We believe that living for God is the best way to live and the most fun! We go all out to have fun together, but more than that, we are serious about pursuing Jesus and allowing him to move in our lives. God has been faithful year after year to speak and draw students into relationship with him. So we invite you to join us for the 2019 Harvest Youth Conference and experience ALL that God has for you!
This year our guest speaker is JOE DRIVER.
Joe is the Lead Pastor of Echo Life Church in Pensacola, FL, which is an ARC (Association of Related Churches) church plant that launched in January 2017. He is married to his wife of ten years, Ps. Suzannah, and together they have three children: Judah (5), Elliana (4) and Silas (1). Joe grew up in Alabama and earned his Bachelors Degree in Business Administration at Troy University. From there, he received his Masters of Divinity at Asbury Theological Seminary. Joe has over 14 years of ministry experience in the local church, many of which were spent as a youth pastor. He has a passion to see students encounter God, be empowered, and make an eternal impact in their community. With a masterful blend of biblical depth, relevant application, and humor, Joe is an engaging speaker that will be sure to connect with you in some way.
Worship will be led by BROTHERS X SISTERS.
Brothers x Sisters is a worship collective based out of Lexington, Kentucky. “We are individuals that seek to lead people into the immediate freedom of Jesus Christ and receive the fullness of Kingdom Family.”
Each year we need an army of volunteers to help make HYC a success! Come join in the fun and be part of what God is doing this summer in the lives of our students.
Adults are needed to bake refreshments, chaperone lunch sessions, help with nightly check-in, serve snacks after the services, and referee/oversee games.
