WEDNESDAY:
DIAMOND SMUGGLERS (Harvest)

P L E A S E N O T E :

Parents, pick up at the game location each night at 10pm.
In the event of rain, the games and locations may change. Students and/or parents/guardians will receive a text notification letting you know that plans have changed.


LUNCH SESSIONS:

MONDAY-WEDNESDAY // 11:30AM-1PM // Youth Room
Cost: $6 for each day
Students, join us for lunch and a brief message from our guest speaker. When you register, let us know if you plan on attending the lunch sessions.

MONDAY: Chicken Tenders
TUESDAY: Pizza
WEDNESDAY: Chicken Sandwiches

MORE NEED TO KNOW INFO:

  • Check-in for HYC will be from 5-6pm Mon-Wed nights in the main lobby (all evening services begin at 6pm). Early check-in will be available on Sunday night ONLY at 4:45pm.

    To make the check-in process go more quickly and smoothly, please make sure you are registered for HYC online prior to check-in.

    PLEASE NOTE: Check-in will close at 6:20pm each night. You are still welcome to come in for the service, but without an armband or stamp showing that you checked in that evening, you will not be able to play the game.

  • On the first night you attend, you will be given an armband that is to remain on throughout the duration of the conference. It serves as your ticket for admission, so please do not remove it. Each additional night you will receive a hand stamp showing that you have checked in. If you do not have an armband and stamp, you will not be able to play the games.

  • Evening services are Sunday-Wednesday from 6-10pm.

    Check-in: 4:45pm on Sunday and 5pm Monday-Wednesday. Please note: Check-in will close at 6:20pm each night. You are still welcome to come in for the service, but without an armband or stamp showing that you checked in that evening, you will not be able to play the game.

    Worship & teaching: 6-7:30pm

    Snack supper & game instructions: 7:30-8:15pm

    Big group games (off-site): 8:15-10pm

  • Make sure you stop by the HYC Store to check out our new 2023 merch! The store will be located in the Café off the main lobby. Store hours: 5-6pm before each evening service starts.

 
 
 
 

Guest Speaker:
ELIJAH FRIEDEMAN

Elijah is the founding pastor of Foundry Church in Flowood, Mississippi. He also serves as the VP of enrollment at Wesley Biblical Seminary. Elijah has a passion for discipleship, church planting, and raising up leaders. In his free time, he’s lifting weights, acting like he fits in at hipster coffee shops, or working on his disc golf game.

 

Worship Leader:
ALLISON FRITH

Allison Frith is a worship leader and songwriter from the greater Atlanta area where she attends and serves at Victory Church. A recent graduate of Christ For The Nations Institute, she is excited for this opportunity to lead young people into the presence of God through worship where they can encounter Him on a personal level that forever renders them changed.

Each year we put together an army of volunteers to help make HYC a success. Come join in the fun and be part of what God is doing this summer in the lives of our students!
