CARE MINISTRY TEAMS

We believe care is best done together—and we’d love to help you discover how God can use your gifts to serve others. Our teams include:

Amazing Grace Home Ministry – Visit and encourage shut-ins from our church family
Bereavement Team – Provide meals and comfort to grieving families during funeral services
Biblical Counselors Team – Provide faith-based counseling for marriage, family, personal, grief, and financial needs, including inner-healing ministry.
Congregational Care Communion Team – Prepare and serve Communion in the Chapel and pray for healing between Sunday services.
Coordination Team – Support weddings, showers, and special events by assisting with setup, teardown, and event logistics.
Casserole Team – Stock the church freezer with frozen meals for families in need
Helping Hands Team – Meet practical needs like ramps, minor repairs, or yard work
Hospital Visitation Team – Visit, pray, and bring gift bags to hospitalized members
New Baby Team – Support new moms with prayer, meals, and celebration
Virtual Prayer Team – Faithfully lift up weekly prayer requests sent via email
